For orders that require multiple shipments, there will be a $10.00 charge for each shipment made on your backorder. We reserve the right to ship orders in any number of shipments per order we desire. Any customer request to ship backorder under $75.00 require an additional $5.00 shipping charge. For orders shipped to a Post Office Box, you will be billed for the actual cost charged by the United States Postal Service (plus $3.00 service charge). Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping charges will be billed at the actual cost charged by the carrier (plus $3.00 service charge).

FedEx next day, two day, and three day shipping are available. Please call us at 1-800-225-4424 if in the USA or 781-321-0090 if outside the USA to place your order. Express shipping charges will be billed at the actual costs charged by the carrier (plus $5.00 service charge). We can not estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size.
We are not responsible for printing errors, for sale of Layaway items, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers/distributors, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are on a first come first served basis.
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please call us so we may contact the freight carrier. Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box. 10 days limit from shipping date.
Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some backorders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on backorder until product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not being made. The customer may cancel their back orders at any time prior to receipt from the manufacturer.
Please call 781-321-0090 to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state. The yellow invoice copy must be enclosed with the backside completed explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.
NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No returns of books or video tapes. All warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer.
FedEx return shipping labels are available from our On-Line Store (click on “Return Label” in the top blue menu bar). Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the value of the item(s) returned. For exchanges you will be billed the shipping charge based on the value of item(s).
